कुछ लोग कहते है रेकी से फायदा नहीं होता। लेकिन ऐसा नहीं है। रेकी से फायदा होता है लेकिन जब आप रेकी करते है तो आपके मस्तिष्क में रेकी को लेकर कुछ शंका होती है जिसकी वजह से फायदा नहीं होता है। कई बार आप दौड़-भागकर रेकी करना शुरू कर देते है जैसे आप कहीं से थक कर आये और आराम नहीं किया, आप बेचैन है, आप चिंतित है और आपने रेकी कर लिया तो उतना तो उतना फायदा होगा। ये उस तरह से है की जब आपको बहुत तेज़ भूख लगी है और आपको दो रोटी दे ,तो उसमे आपका पेट नहीं भरेगा।
